Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Customer Service Update:

Juz Kauze highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and the members of our communities. Juz Kauze is closely monitoring the guidelines and protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We want to ensure that we are keeping our community safe, while also continuing to provide you with the best service possible.

We have extended our processing times to maintain the necessary health protocols that will keep our team safe and healthy during this time. We are working to ship your orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience with the delay in your order. 

Your shopping experience with Juz Kauze is very important to us and we want to provide you with the best customer service. We appreciate your patience and understanding with us during this time.

Items will be shipped within 72 hours, but can take up to 7-10 business days to print before shipping. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Juz Kauze does not guarantee delivery times due to we use outside delivery services such as UPS, FEDEX, DHS, and USPS. Juz Kauze LLC will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control like severe weather conditions, service interruptions, delays due to COVID 19 etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to process your return, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out our return form below and we will follow-up via email.

  • When making a return, please ensure the following:

    • Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.

    • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.

  • As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

  • Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges.  You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.

  • Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
